Questions about Campaigns
What is the difference between a campaign and a journey?
You send a campaign yourself, once, to a segment of your customers. A journey runs by itself whenever something happens in your store, like a new order or an abandoned cart.
How many messages can I send?
Plan limits are on the number of template messages you send per month, not on the number of campaigns. The limits are high and the same on every platform: 12,000 template messages a month on the Starter plan and 120,000 on the Business plan. Details are on the pricing page.
Are the messages sent from my store’s number?
Yes. Campaigns are official WhatsApp messages using Meta-approved templates, sent from your store’s WhatsApp Business number. Details are on the WhatsApp for your store page.
