Platform plans include a limited number of AI Agent replies just so you can try it. To use it on your customers, you add the AI Agent as a monthly subscription: Basic at 149 SAR for 600 conversations, Advanced at 399 SAR for 1,800 conversations, and Professional on request.
It keeps replying, and each extra conversation is charged at 0.40 SAR on Basic, 0.30 SAR on Advanced and 0.25 SAR on Professional.
No. WhatsApp fees come from Meta, and you pay them directly by card from your Meta Business account. Karam takes no commission on any message type. Saudi Arabia rates from 1 October 2026: a marketing message is about 22 halalas, a utility message about 4 halalas, and the first 1,000 replies a month per number are free, then about 4 halalas. Meta can change its prices. Details are on the WhatsApp for your store page.
Your Karam plan sets how many WhatsApp template messages and how many automation runs you can do per month, and the limits are high. Meta’s fees are separate, and you pay them based on the messages actually delivered.
